Although it may seem like just a computer to some, for the user it contains an advanced real-time ground imaging radar!
The number of scan lines required and the number of steps required for the area per line are entered into the GEO EXAMINER ground radar. After this, the GEO EXAMINER will provide voice instructions for the next step to be taken or the transition to the next scan line!
Manual and automatic 2 data collection modes: On irregular ground where standard steps cannot be taken, manual mode is selected, then after each step or movement (depending on the position used) "CAPTURE" is selected and what is found is checked. On level ground, automatic mode is used and the time (seconds) required to shoot is entered into the computer and "START" is clicked.
After this, the computer gives audio and visual instructions for stepping, turning or ending the search. With each step taken by ear, the results will be immediately visible after the turn or stop command. If there is an obstacle on your path such as a tree or rock, the data logger is paused and restarted when the obstacle is passed.
The new "replay" function eliminates the problem of missing the target: An image stored on the GEO EXAMINER hard disk can be called up and viewed at any time with the "replay" function. When the user returns home, he can select the "replay" function at any time and follow the EXAMINER's survey step by step on the screen. The EXAMINER will display the steps taken during the survey, the scanning direction and the data images as they were recorded. "Replay" is a function specific to the EXAMINER.
The screen is cleared and then a puzzle-like image appears. This is not a simple "film" reflection of the first data record. With "replay", field images with different scanning directions and EXAMINER positions are compared with each other and target verification is performed. Often small but valuable targets can be hidden and unnoticeable next to large ones.
"Replay" allows weak responses from small or very deep targets to be seen more clearly and "replay" allows important targets to be reached by excluding unimportant targets. It is possible to re-examine the suspected area and to search for overlooked large targets by selecting another scanning direction and to examine the images once more. GEO EXAMINER provides complete target image examination and target depth calculation for the field. It is not necessary to transfer the images to a laptop to view them at higher resolution! You do not need to pay additional software fees for depth display.
